The idea of expressing information in the form of jewelry is fascinating to me. I began to explore this concept first in my larger piece representing my ancestry. I first researched and mapped my family tree, from the current generation to as far back as I could. I then decided to focus on just my bloodline to create a piece to rest on my or my sister’s back to help us understand our roots. 2013
